Manage your customer contacts and their profiles in Arnio.

Overview

Contacts are the foundation of your customer relationships. Each contact has a profile where information about subscription statuses, message history, and custom properties are stored.

Import contacts

  1. Use the API endpoints to import contacts programmatically
  2. Ensure each contact includes at least one identifier like a phone number or email
  3. Update subscription status for each contact based on their opt-in preferences
  4. Add contacts to lists or segments during or after import

Import contacts by integrating with external services

  1. Navigate to Integrations in your account settings
  2. Find and install your integration (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms)
  3. Once installed, contact data is automatically synced

Contact profiles

Each contact profile includes:
  • Contact information: Phone number, email, name
  • Subscription status: Opt-in preferences for each channel
  • Message history: All messages sent and received
  • Custom properties: Additional data specific to your business
